Delete Your Account
Unrue, developed by the Unrue team
You can delete your Unrue account and associated data directly from within the app — go to Profile → Account settings → Delete Account. This is the fastest way to remove your account.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email instead:
How to request deletion by email
- Email info@unrue.co from the email address associated with your Unrue account
- Use the subject line "Delete my account"
- We'll verify the request and confirm by email once it's processed
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account, username, and profile information are permanently removed
- Personally identifying information is scrubbed from your past activity
- Some historical content (such as drop photos already visible in other users' feed history) may be retained in de-identified form so we don't break the experience for other users, but it will no longer be linked to your identity — see our Privacy Policy for details
- We may retain limited data where required by law or to resolve disputes
Email requests are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
